He began his career in search for the alternative investment industry in 1996 and has an expertise in recruiting for a number of different disciplines including Investment, Portfolio Management, Trading, Research, Risk Management, Marketing, Investor Relations, Legal and Finance.
With over twenty-three years executive search experience, he has recruited for numerous investment firms including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, family office, and fintech.
Allen’s extensive recruiting background allows him to not only understand clients’ functional needs and cultural requirements, it also allows him to understand the emotional and psychological needs of candidates ensuring the right fit between client and candidate. He graduated from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management and a Minor in Economics

Felicia Williams is a Managing Partner with over seventeen years of diversity recruitment experience supporting the investment management industry. Felicia is responsible for managing and the recruitment process for our investment clients diversity programs for underrepresented groups. In addition to her recruitment experience, Felicia
specializes in diversity executive and outside director compensation reviews and assists in evaluating the appropriateness of compensation programs, including total compensation strategy, short- and long-term incentive plan designs, pay-for-performance alignment, and change-of-control/employment agreements.
Prior to joining Almond Partners, Felicia was a Director at the Partners Group, leading global private equity firm.
Felicia started her careers as a Senior Associate with Towers Watson and holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from New York University
Jennifer is a Managing Partner and co-Founder responsible for our Compensation Practice. She has extensive experience the past fifteen years advising on matters related to executive and director compensation for hedge fund, private equity, and investment banking clients. She has formulated pay recommendations through custom peer group design, compensation benchmarking studies, carried interest analyses, pay-for-performance analyses, annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan design analyses (metric selection and target setting), and pay mix determination to support the strategic goals of her fund clients
Her projects include conducting pre-acquisition due diligence analyses and draft HR due diligence reports as part of M&A teams. Sarah developed retention strategies for key employees and prepare compensation and benefit cost projections. Other areas of focus include accounting, tax, and regulatory implications of program design, general severance and change-in-control severance evaluation and design, executive and director share ownership guidelines, director total compensation design
Prior to Almond Partners, Jennifer worked for a global consulting firm focused on executive/director compensation. She is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) and graduated from Yale University with a BS in Applied Mathematics and Statistics

Sarah is a Managing Partner
and co-Founder responsible for Almond Partner's HR Strategy and Outsourced HR Consulting business. She has over fifteen years’ experience in human resources, strategy and recruiting.
Previously, Sarah was a Private Equity Vice President where she evaluated, executed and monitored investments for the business services, consumer/retail, and manufacturing sectors. She was also responsible for strategy and recruiting for operating companies.
Sarah began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS and graduated from Duke University with a Major in Engineering.

Erica is a Managing Partner and co-Founder responsible for our capital formation and administrative practice. She has over twelve years retained executive search experience supporting fundraising/business development, investor relations, client services/investor services, and administrative/executive support mandates for hedge fund, private equity, wealth management , and family office clients.
Erica received a BS from Queens College and an MS from New York University
Jim has over 26 years of
experience in the executive search industry, and focused on providing high touch and extremely dedicated executive search services to select hedge fund and private equity clients.
His hedge fund search mandates are focused on placing Portfolio Managers with select multi-manager hedge fund clients. In private equity, his assignments include investment professionals at all levels and operating executives, as well as C-suite portfolio company work predominantly for private equity portfolio companies.
Jim’s earlier experience includes 12 years in investment banking with a global investment bank, based in New York. He began his career in investment banking after graduating from Harvard College.

Stacey has thirteen years of experience

Mark joined Almond Partners
in 2017. Previously Mark spent
five years at Carro Capital Management, a long/short equity hedge fund as a Research Analyst. While at Carro capital Management, he was actively involved in the firm’s university and lateral recruiting efforts. Mark graduated from Emory University with a B.B.A. in Finance and B.A. in Economics.
Steven interned at Almond
Partners and joined the team
in 2017 in our New York office. He received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and was an assistant captain of the Men’s Varsity Ice Hockey Team.
